Working hours

Responsibility
- community & Corporate Fundraising
- give talks and make presentations to a wide range of local organisations e.g
- rotary, WI, schools, aimed at increasing support for the Charity, ensuring that they are appropriate for the audience
- welcome from our Chief Executive
- it is expected that talks will take place digitally in the short term due to Covid restrictions
- our organisation is expanding and we're looking for people with the right values, skills and/or potential to join us
- to cultivate relationships with a range of community based groups, including faith groups and schools, to encourage greater involvement with Heads On
- this is a critical role in enabling Heads On to achieve its goals - through drawing in supporters, developing them into donors and communicating the organisation’s work to build relationships and future support
Requirements
- essential criteria
- educated to degree level or with equivalent professional experience
- knowledge/Experience
- experience of working with volunteers and/or volunteer fundraisers
- experience of presentations and public speaking
- experience of managing multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities in an efficient and effective way
- desirable criteria
- experience of fundraising for health or social care charities
