- liaise with clients, site team and subcontractors, maintaining relationships with all
- quantify and scale from drawings
- create BoQ, detailed specification & schedule of works
- send our subcontractor contracts for signing
- negotiating and obtaining goods and services from subcontractors and suppliers
- produce project schedules
- involved with the planning and development of our systems and processes
- attend site visits
Requirements
- interior fit out experience of commercial projects
- to be able to build relationships with clients/sub-contractors/internal team
- excellent attention to detail
- provide a network of reliable/quality sub-contractors
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- experience in CAD/3D drawing
- experience in pricing and estimating
- surveying: 1 year
