Responsibility
- to learn to maintain all aspects of the HD Clinical internal and external I.T. infrastructure with a focus on cyber security
- estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a I.T. Apprentice with HD Clinical, a medical software creator/supplier based in Stansted
- checking our internal Helpdesk for staff support issues and fixing them or assigning to 2nd or 3rd line I.T. staff
- assisting company staff with their I.T. various issues
- managing user accounts across platforms such as Active Directory, 365, Azure, SQL, RDP, Citrix, Horizon, Bongar
- granting/restricting staff to the correct level of access to an application, server, device, service
- researching if new CVE’s affect any of our applications and how to resolve the security flaw
- management and Configuration of our various security products
Requirements
- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
- attention to detail
- ability to follow instructions
- good communication skills
- good use of common sense
- able to use own initiative
- ability to problem solve, find what is likely required for the fix and fix something that needs to be repaired. This doesn’t need to be I.T. related
