Responsibility
- building relationships with key stakeholders across the business and understanding business needs
- assist the Internal Recruiter with all recruitment related activities and co- ordinate the onboarding of new starters into the business
- devising recruitment strategies to increase efficiency and reduce cost of the recruitment process
Requirements
- educated to A Level, degree educated highly beneficial
- CIPD or similar HR qualification
- at least 1 years experience in agency recruitment or as an internal recruiter, handling high volume recruitment
- all successful candidates will be subject to DBS checks
- experience of recruitment in the healthcare, insurance or medico-legal sectors
- knowledge of different ATS systems, confident using LinkedIn and other recruitment/talent attraction channels
- knowledge of psychometric and aptitude testing
- has experience organizing external recruitment networking events e.g University careers fairs
