Responsibility

• interpret user requirements and define, specify and plan ICT requirement proposals, particularly related to Cypad
• carry out ICT admin, including communications to catering units via email and Cypad
• management of Cypad modules, including development of new modules

• review and develop user policies across all areas of HCL’s use of technology
• provide advice and guidance for all ICT equipment/software provision requests received within HCL, ensuring provision meets both technical and purchasing standards
• carry out, commission and manage 3rd party resources to project plan, and communicate work schedules and progress to all parties
• manage a range of project activities through duration of project life-span, attending review meetings, raising issues and reporting on progress to meet budget and time constraints

• manage the review process of the HCL Software Portfolio, identifying when software is being upgraded and ensuring the appropriate documentation exists for all software
