Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- test wiring harness continuity using Cirris Automated test equipment or other Electrical test equipment as required
- use Manufacturing software to log progress reporting back to management where any bottlenecks and concerns appear
- use Manufacturing Software to create a stock location and inventory for Test Leads
- own the tooling calibration library to ensure all tools are within calibration at all times
- ensure all build paperwork for each harness are correctly recorded
- inspect 100% of items to engineering drawings as presented by Manufacturing team in First and Final arenas, recording inspection details as per customer / HCI requirements
- program and use Cirris Test equipment and other HV test equipment as required
- calibrate tooling using Crimp Pull Tester to recognised standards
Education
- A minimum of 3 years in a similar quality environment, ideally motorsport / automotive / defence
- use of Cirris Test Equipment
- use of High Voltage Test Equipment
- inspection techniques
- ability to read and understand engineering drawings and tolerancing
- flexible working to allow tight deadlines to be achieved
- excellent interpersonal skills
- excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
