Responsibility
- manage, plan and execute all site activities in conjunction with site teams & client requirements
- maintain the consistent delivery of high-quality electrical services on multiple new build housing projects for national and regional housing developers
- ensure all contracts are completed on time and within budget and to HBS Group Southern standards
- project management and responsibility of budgets, specification and materials to match the client's programmes
- maintain a professional working relationship with client's build directors, contracts managers and site management teams
- plan, organise and monitor sub contract workforce
- professional interaction with Estimation, Quantity Surveyor and Buyers on project delivery, material measurement and drawing take-off
- to notify the Buying Manager and Quantity Surveyor of any unexpected changes or requirements with regards material
Requirements
- record of managing contracts on high production new build housing sites
- you will need to have a minimum of 5 years proven experience managing electrical contracts in the new build housing sector
- 18th Edition is required
- strong time management skills and confident ability to manage multiple contracts
- strong people management skills are a must
- professional focus on quality, safety and compliance
