Responsibility

  • first point of contact for all sales enquiries by phone and by email. Understanding clients requirements and taking accurate details
  • project the best image of the company from the first call and throughout the process
  • running multiple diaries for the Sales Designers, determining who will suit the enquiry best
  • working on a CRM system to correctly upload customer enquiries, brochure requests & process contracts accurately
  • following up Sales Designers visits with phone calls to record feedback and identify areas of improvements
  • working closely with the Sales Manager with administrative help, reporting, meeting planning and other duties as required
  • previous experience of Windows & Doors an advantage but full training will be given

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

  • highly organised with attention to detail
  • good time & diary management
  • great problem solving skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks at once
  • team player and able to build long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts
  • sales experience desirable
  • have a proactive approach, a willingness to learn and the ability to adapt are essential
