- hazelhurst Farm provides daytime opportunities for Adults with Learning and Physical Disabilities
- we're based above Somerton, with wide-ranging views over the town and the Mendips
- previous experience either in school or a similar SEN setting would be desirable
- in addition to working with our animals and in the gardens, the people we support get involved in a wide range of activities at the farm and further afield - including going to a local disco swimming, ten-pin bowling, canal boating in the Summer, walks and trips to the beach and enterprise projects
- we're looking for a special person who will share our passion for making a positive difference to the lives of the brilliant people we support and form an important part of our team
