Responsibility

  • we use Sage 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll so familiarity with these packages would be beneficial
  • we will consider applicants from 30 - 40 hours per week Mon-Fri
  • hay Farms is a family business supplying chicken to most of the UK's major retailers. We are looking for a dynamic Accounts/Payroll Manager to join our small friendly accounts team in the head office based in Ross on Wye
  • in addition, you must have excellent skills in; IT, prioritisation, communication and have the ability to demonstrate high levels of motivation and enthusiasm
  • this role includes Creating sales invoices, Processing purchase invoices and payments, Bank reconciliations, VAT submissions and Payroll. As we are a small office all other areas of office admin are also part of the job description
