  • inputting purchase invoices dealing with queries
  • sending sales invoices
  • inputting sales credit notes
  • setting up suppliers
  • setting up new customers including credit checks and applications
  • dealing with credit control
  • allocation of bank transactions
  • managing and reconciling petty cash

Requirements

  • we currently use Sage Accounting Software and therefore experience with this system would definitely be advantageous
  • good organisational skills and timekeeping
  • good communication skills
  • experience in similar role
  • job Types: Part-time, Permanent
  • part-time hours: 24 per week
