the ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, be well spoken, can build rapport and strong relationships with our clients and contractors and plus have a thirst for knowledge about property
writing to leaseholders and residents regarding different issues
liaising with other Property Managers and internal accounts manager
the position is currently part-time job so can fit in with other commitments. More hours will become available as the company continues to grow

coordinating maintenance and repairs
managing budgets and financial records
provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
attend site meetings on a regular basis to carry out site inspections
ensuring complaince and action Health and Safety issues appropriately
completing Section 20 processes
attend and minute Director and Annual General meetings as required

writing to leaseholders and residents regarding different issues
as an administrator for the block management team, you will be working closing with both Directors gaining experience and exposure to the world of property management
working closely to provide best possible service
this position is currentlypart-time and so would suit someone looking to have a part time job to fit in with other commitments
