- hawk Estates are an established family-run property management organisaiton, who have grown from strength to strength over recent years
- with an ever growing portfolio of properties, we now have a great opportunity for a block manager to join the team
- the role is diverse and challenging however, you will be working within a close-knit team to ensure your success
- maintaining accurate records and databases
- handling correspondence and communication with residents, contractors, and suppliers
- coordinating maintenance and repairs
- managing budgets and financial records
- provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements
- strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- previous experience in leasehold property management
- full UK driving license and your own car
- property Management: 1 year
- customer service: 2 years
