HAVERHILL CAR XCHANGE is looking for employees for positions:

- three-plus years of bookkeeping experience
- conducting bank reconciliations
- collating and posting purchase and sales invoices
- drafting VAT returns
- excellent knowledge of posting to Xero
- excellent knowledge of uploading DECX
- bookkeeping: 3 years
- accounting: 1 year
- preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure
- developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets
- helping the Accountant's with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts
- welcome and greet all customers
- establish the customer's needs and the features of different vehicles
- introduce the customer to the process
- present the sale price, including any 'trade-in' value for a customer's own car
- completing the sales process by handing over the vehicle on collection
- highlight extra products such as warranties, paint protection or services
- consistently identify opportunity to maximise the sale by working towards target to increase profits
- keep existing and potential customers informed about new vehicles and deals
