Responsibility

  • preparation of Quarterly Management Accounts for the Bank and management team
  • we are a well-established group of companies operating in the healthcare sector, specializing in delivering exceptional dementia care for the elderly
  • establish Financial Projections /Budgets including Cash Flow Forecasts for the respective financial year
  • maintaining Accurate Records of the care home Budgets for main cost lines and preparing variance Analysis for quarterly evaluation
  • review all financial plans, budgets, and KPIs regularly to look for cost-reduction opportunities
  • examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies and make sure of accurate and reliable accountancy
  • preparation of Monthly Payroll, calculation of Holidays for each month and coordination with care managers regarding holiday issues
  • manage HR System for Payroll, staff leave, and attendance

Requirements

  • professional Accountancy Qualification – fully qualified
  • financial accounting: 3 years
