Responsibility
- working alongside the Project Manager / Project Director and project team with accountability for successful project delivery including; planning, design, delivery, monitoring, commissioning and handover/close out
- to forma lise and specify an engineered delivery solution, brief out the solution to the working party and ensure it is completed through effective management and leadership
- manage and care for the people delivering the works whilst monitoring compliance and to customer/project requirements, objectives and constraints; time, cost, quality and safety
- financial : Supports the Project Manager to delivering the project to budget and programme
- organisat ional : Direct reports could include; Site Engineers, Assistant Site Engineer, Apprentice Engineers, Function Leads
- C onduct and support Accident/Incident Investigations
- log and escalate any issues that cannot be resolved at delegated level of authority
