Responsibility
develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue for our vehicle aerodynamic and conversions divisions
identify and target potential customers in the commercial vehicle industry, including OEMs, fleets, and dealers
help support and maintain relationships with key customers
analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new product development opportunities
develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and competitors
utilise all available outlets including our website and social media presence, reporting on their effectiveness
create and manage marketing materials, including product brochures, presentations and trade show exhibits
monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, providing regular updates to senior management
Requirements
degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is desirable
excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth
experience managing budgets and cost vs. benefit reporting
ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role preferably from with the commercial vehicle or related industry
