oversee all culinary operations at Haswells Homer Hill Farm Shop Ltd
develop and implement the menu for the restaurant
maintain all food safety standards
ensure that all employees are trained on the menu and have a productive meal
ensure that all employees are prepared correctly and consistently
ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained and properly stored
ensure that all restaurant items are kept clean and organized
report any food safety concerns or concerns regarding service or quality of food served at this location to management
Requirements
