  • oversee all culinary operations at Haswells Homer Hill Farm Shop Ltd
  • develop and implement the menu for the restaurant
  • maintain all food safety standards
  • ensure that all employees are trained on the menu and have a productive meal
  • ensure that all employees are prepared correctly and consistently
  • ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained and properly stored
  • ensure that all restaurant items are kept clean and organized
  • report any food safety concerns or concerns regarding service or quality of food served at this location to management
