Responsibility

• as a Retentions Customer Service Advisor, you will be working within our inbound call centre, addressing a diverse range of customer queries submitted via telephone, email, live chat, or instant messages
• handle inbound calls, emails, live chat, and instant messages from customers
• make changes to existing policies, give quotes, take payments, retain customers, and offer products/services
