Responsibility
to help in the use of aids and other personal equipment; assisting with the preparation of meals, drinks and snacks when necessary; provide assistance with toileting and changing, incontinence pads, clothes and/or bedding; provide assistance with other tasks of personal daily living that they cannot manage and provide general support as part of a caring team; Assist the management of medication or administer where necessary and appropriate, and monitoring health-related conditions such as dietary & fluid intake; To maintain excellent communication with the service users as well as management team and ability to report to the relevant team and health care professionals as necessary; Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain good and accurate record keeping
the minimum salary you would guarantee if the job were vacant today: £21,000 per year working 37.5 hours weekly
duties: Assisting service users with washing/bathing, dressing and maintaining personal appearance; To help service users with mobility difficulties or other physical disabilities, including incontinence
