  • we are a thriving shared house lettings company based in Hemel Hempstead
  • we manage shared houses for landlords in Luton, Hemel Hempstead, Hatfield and Watford
  • this role would involve being our eyes and ears on the ground
  • you will be working within a team of five but reporting directly to our housekeeping manager
  • you will receive training on fire regulations and will have a thorough induction
  • we have high maintenance and cleanliness standards and look after the properties as if they are our own
  • currently this role is on a self-employed basis but there is scope for it to grow and also become a permanent member of staff

Requirements

  • previous experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques is a plus
  • attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
