Responsibility
- collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- create work breakdown structures and activity lists to effectively plan project activities
- estimate the duration and sequencing of project activities, considering resource availability and dependencies
- monitor and track project progress, identifying potential delays or issues and recommending corrective actions
- conduct regular schedule analysis to assess critical path, identify schedule risks, and propose mitigation strategies
- collaborate with project teams to optimize resource allocation and ensure efficient utilization of resources
- prepare and present project schedules and reports to project stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, deliverables, and risks
- assist in the development of project cost estimates and budgets, ensuring alignment with the project schedule
