Responsibility

  • log all Helpdesk-related communications on the appropriate channel
  • answering calls and transferring to the correct department
  • coordinating call outs to engineers
  • issue Helpdesk CAFM reports
  • logging PPM's, PO's ad Reactive works
  • closing PPM's and reactive call out
  • any administrative duties required by the Helpdesk Manager

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • technical support: 1 year
  • customer service: 1 year
