Responsibility

  • other ad-hoc finance related duties
  • manage customer accounts: Maintain customer relationships, handle billing, and resolve discrepancies on invoices and payments
  • oversee collections: Negotiate payment arrangements, make collection calls, and approve overdue held orders
  • process transactions: Track and record customer payments, update statements, and ensure timely application of cash
  • ensure accuracy: Maintain accurate financial records, ensure the accuracy of accounting ledgers, and monitor payments, receipts, and bills
