  • construction industry administration experience
  • accounting or bookkeeping experience. Specifically Sage 50 and Sage 50 Payroll
  • IT skills including the use of Microsoft 365
  • ability to problem solve
  • good attention to detail
  • note taking skills and a willingness to learn

Responsibility

  • deal with all incoming and outgoing invoicing
  • attend weekly meetings with management, take minutes and distribute actions
