Responsibility
- assist with construction projects by carrying materials, setting up equipment, and performing general labor tasks
- operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles
- follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
- perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment
- collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements
- proven experience as a Laborer or similar role is preferred
- basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks

- strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills on the job
