Responsibility
- We are recruiting a Hostel Manager to join our friendly team at Hartfield. We are a 4* hostel and bunkhouse that together offer 50 beds
- oversee the reception staff, dealing with any issues and providing training and line management
- You will be experienced in hostel or hotel management, or have experience in a supervisory hostel/hotel role, be a great communicator who wants to work as part of a team but can also work solo
- take all reasonable steps to ensure the health and safety and security of the guests, employees, volunteers and visitor at all times
- produce weekly rotas, using the Bright HR system for administration with the team
- deliver a high level of service and standard, ensuring that the accommodation is clean, in good working order, secure, and safe
