  • we have a fantastic job opening for an enthusiastic and motivated, to join our dynamic, creative and supportive Children & Young Adult Carers team, working to ensure that young carers are identified, have access to appropriate support and fulfil their potential
  • launch and implement projects and services which may be funded from time to time
  • promotion, publicity and awareness raising including adherence to corporate branding and policies
  • assistance in reviewing, updating and developing related policies as required
  • managing safeguarding alerts and disclosures
  • risk assessing activities and ensuring the safety of young carers is appropriately planned
