Harrisons of Greyabbey is seeking a talented and dedicated sous chef to join our team.The Role:As a sous chef you will play a vital role in our kitchen team, assisting our head chef in developing our a menu. You'll work closely with a talented team of chefs to prepare and present dishes that our guests have come to love and expect over the past decade. With your expert skills, you'll contribute to the smooth running of our kitchen and ensure that each plate that leaves our pass is perfect.⭐ What We Offer:✅ Competitive Pay: Enjoy a fantastic pay rate of £15 per hour, reflecting your talent and dedication.✅ Stable Working Hours: You'll have a consistent schedule, working 40 hours per week on a 5-day week basis, with Sundays and evenings off, except for special function/party bookings. (Sundays always off)✅ Work-Life Balance: We value your well-being, and our normal working hours are from 8 am to approximately 4 pm, allowing you to enjoy your evenings and weekendsRequirements:To be successful in this role, we're looking for individuals who possess the following:Previous Experience: You should have proven experience as a sous chef or an experienced chef de partieTeam Player: Collaboration is key!
