perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organising documents
manage and maintain office supplies and building materials
assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
we are looking for a pro-active & enthusiastic individual to join our family construction business to help with the day to day admin duties. The hours will be Mon, Wed, Fri - 9.30am - 1.30pm
answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
assist with bookkeeping tasks using XERO
maintain a clean and organised office environment
Requirements
strong attention to detail and organizational skills
excellent written and verbal communication skills
previous experience with data entry and clerical tasks preferred
familiarity with Xero or other accounting software is a plus
customer service: 1 year
administrative experience: 1 year
