  • we are looking for a Claimant RTA file handler working in our pre-litigation department
  • you will be managing your own caseload of personal injury and associated losses, from inception to the point that they are transferred to litigation

Requirements

  • qualifications in law such as a law degree
  • have excellent written and oral communication, including a confident telephone manner
  • must have attention to detail
  • excellent organisation skills and work ethics
  • be capable of providing an excellent level of client care
  • be able to work independently
  • comply with the SRA Code of Conduct
  • RTA: 1 year
