Responsibility
- in order to keep growing, we are looking for Sales Office Administrators
- harris & Hanson Ltd manufactures beds for the retail furniture/bedroom industry
- in addition to offering superior customer service and valuable opportunities for our employees, we are a forward-looking and ambitious company
- we now require an additional Sales Office Administrator to join our happy, hardworking and dedicated team in our small Sales Office in Batley
- handling customer queries and providing excellent customer service e.g. arranging collections, issuing credits, tracking orders
- liaising with our factory, warehouse, other departments and key partners, as well as customers
- general office duties as required
Requirements
