Responsibility

  • \* Registering applicants correctly on the system, matching them to properties and booking in valuations and viewings
  • \* Carry out routine property visits and ensure the follow up report is sent to Landlords in a timely fashion
  • \* Routine admin tasks – making up files, franking, shredding etc
  • \* Renewal of gas safeties, EICR’S and EPCs in a timely fashion to ensure we remain compliant
