Requirements

  • responsibilities of the lettings negotiator are as follows
  • registering applicants
  • making and taking phone calls
  • generate and conducting viewings in a professional manner if needed – mainly office based
  • harringtons Lettings is currently looking for a lettings co-ordinator to work every Saturday between 9am -1pm. They manage a substantial amount of property, residential and commercial throughout the Brighton and Hove and Sussex area
  • providing a high level of service
  • as a lettings negotiator/valuer you will play a key part in helping tenants to find the right property. We want you to offer exceptional customer service to our applicants. You will report directly to the owner
  • we would expect you to have a minimum one years experience
