Responsibility
- we can be flexible with part-time or full-time hours so this could suit one or two individuals
- we are a small, family run business that opens 7 days a week during the day time only and not evenings. We are looking for a positive and happy individual that has some experience with restaurant duties
- ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet quality standards
- monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints in a timely manner
- manage inventory and ordering to maintain appropriate stock levels
Requirements
- some previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting
- good leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- good customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for guests
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively
- ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
- supervising experience: 1 year
