Requirements

  • proven working experience as a Financial Controller
  • accounting: 3 years
  • financial Controller: 1 year

Responsibility

  • manage all the accounting operations with external accounting firm including billing, A/R, A/P, GL and cost accounting, revenue recognition and tax declaration
  • manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
  • establish project financial control system, including project P/L, Cash Flow management, KPIs, daily operation management policies and procedures
  • coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and reports variances
  • additional controller duties as necessary
  • this financial controller position is accountable for the UK financial management, to include the production of periodic financial reports, budget and forecasts preparation
  • prepare and submit timely monthly financial reporting package, such as, P/L, Cash Flow Forecast, Financial statements, Bank Statements, etc
  • provide strong support to each monthly/quarterly/yearly closing process including clear explanation for variance actual vs. budget
