- as an IT Technician, you will be working in a team providing support to approx 300 users
- research, diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues
- support and document changes in the Apple environment, including updates and OS upgrades
- proactively update and monitor existing IT systems to ensure they are up to date
- assist with technical projects for technology deployments and upgrades
- manage, troubleshoot, and resolve service incidents related to IT and WAN products and services, including desktop configuration and support, software installation and support, and basic server configuration
- are you an IT enthusiast with a passion for problem-solving and customer satisfaction? We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join a friendly team and play a pivotal role in providing technical support to the business
Requirements
- IT Technician experience ideally at a 1st Line level
- compTIA qualification
- this is a full-time role working Monday to Friday with flexibility on start times and finish times
