Requirements
previous working experience in a project accounting environment will be beneficial with construction industry experience being preferred
proven ability to lead and grow a high-performing finance team
ownership of tasks, through excellent organisational skills and has a diligent approach
the required project accountant is a fully qualified accountant ideally with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification finance experience
to have strong communication skills and the ability to support internal and external stakeholders
this would ideally suit someone who has worked in industry, but may also suit a first move out of practice. We want someone who has a desire to impact the business and get involved to drive positive change
technical knowledge of relevant Financial Standards, management reporting, VAT regulations and other regulations
the successful candidate will be highly customer/stakeholder focused and be experienced in communicating financial knowledge across all levels within a corporate environment
