Responsibility
the Credit Collections Manager is responsible for a team of Credit Collections Analysts handling Collections for dealerships in EMEA. The role is also responsible for liaising with and advising collectors in Asia Pacific and Latin America
attend monthly International Credit Committee meetings to discuss Aged Debt results, escalated dealers and high-risk markets
approval of debt extensions for dealers in line with Credit Policy
produce reports to identify areas of focus/concerns eg Aged Debt reports, Cash Collection, ICC monthly reporting, Ad hoc reporting
responsible for the protection of the debtor asset via proactive collections
