- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- work alongside the Development Manager to advise on best methods of manufacture
- organise the day-to-day workflow throughout the Lighting Department, ensuring all work is complete to the deadlines required
- monitor stock levels
- to encourage teamwork at all times whilst ensuring harmony amongst the team however able to discipline when required
- manage projects with flexibility to work additional hours to ensure projects are completed on time, which may include weekends when required
- maintenance of tools, equipment and machinery
- maintain a high standard of housekeeping within the factory
- act as a Quality Assurance & Health & Safety champion, promoting safety awareness and excellent housekeeping
Requirements
- 2 Years of Electrical Experience
- be a competent PAT Tester
- have worked with a wide variety of different LED strip and Low Volt Wiring Systems
- experience in LED Sign making
- electrical: 2 years
