the role will involve supporting the department with all aspects of conveyancing transactions to include preparing documentation, checking titles, obtaining office copy entries, requesting searches and dealing with all aspects as directed
other duties will also include liaising with clients, referrers, solicitors and estate agents via telephone enquiries, emails and face to face, you will need to ensure all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner
