Responsibility
- bar Manager
- oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- manage and train bar staff, including bartenders and barbacks
- develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service
- monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- create and update drink menus, ensuring a diverse selection of beverages
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements
- proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a hotel or food production setting
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- excellent knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and craft beers
- exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- knowledge of health and safety regulations related to the food and beverage industry
