assisting with our recruitment process, both direct and indirect for all level of hire
providing day to day assistance with our apprenticeship program including liaising with training providers and providing advice and coaching to apprentices
implementation of HR policies, including maintaining policies and documents to meet legislation changes
administration of monthly payroll and pension scheme
daily maintenance of staff records
assistance during appraisal and disciplinary processes
any ad-hoc duties during the employee life cycle
Education
CIPD qualified or relevant Human Resources Degree
demonstrable experience in a similar role within a professional services environment
