Responsibility
- oversee the management of our CMS ensuring all data is updated regularly, clean and uncorrupted
- welcome visiting vessels with a welcome pack, access card and tour of Marina
- assist vessels on entry, guiding vessels to berths, tying up and securing vessels
- advise management on customer communication updates
- onboarding new customers; raising contracts & terms, repeating invoices and gathering all required documentation
- act as night watch to the marina; walking pontoons, conducting health & safety checks, completing stock checks
- taking payments over the phone and ensuring all CC payments are recorded on Xero
- dealing with new berthing enquiries promptly, liaising with the Marina Manager on locations and adding them to Harbour Assist & Xero once converted
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- customer service: 3 years
- administrative experience: 1 year
