based @ Eastleigh, the Employer is a Circus specialising in the schools’ sector working in a team of three
the role involves dealing with a high level of emails and telephone enquiries, soft-selling the circus as a fundraiser, converting enquiries to bookings, and then providing an outstanding level of customer service & support from booking to event day
the Customer Sales and Support Administrator will be responsible primarily for maintaining and developing new and existing customers in the Schools’ sector and secondly in the Corporate sector
additional Bonus
he/she will take ownership of the enquiry from initial contact to booking , through to event day, maintaining a high level of customer service
additional duties within the office will include receiving deliveries for the shows and the office, banking cheques, postal duties and Box Office duties if required
the Customer Sales and Support Administrator will be required to incorporate some flexibility into the role with hours to be agreed that are mutually beneficial
it is anticipated that the Customer Sales Administrator will be proficient in role after 3 months and will be able to work regularly from home as agreed with the Office Manager
