• preferably a Level 3 Diploma Children’s Workforce in Residential Childcare or equivalent
• experience with working with young people preferably in a residential home
• experience of working with service users with low self-esteem and challenging behaviours

• to work on a rota basis 365 days a year

Earnings for position residential support worker

Requirements

• within the last five years, worked for at least 1 year in a position relevant to the residential care of children
• minimum 12 months of supervisory and management of staff working in a caring role
• an understanding of the complexities of balancing legislations associated with children’s residential home
