Requirements

  • at least 3 years of experience in CG animation production with a focus on project management or CG production
  • strong leadership skills with experience in managing and leading teams
  • excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • strong organisational skills with experience in managing production schedules, budgets, and resources
  • strong knowledge of CG animation production pipelines, software, and hardware
  • ability to troubleshoot issues and provide creative solutions under tight deadlines
  • A passion for CG, storytelling, and animation
  • strong creative vision and ability to guide projects from concept to completion

Responsibility

  • oversee the project production process, ensuring that the entire team has the resources and support they need to complete their work
  • identify potential production issues and work proactively to resolve them before they become major problems
  • we are a global leader in producing highly engaging content and innovative solutions for some of the world's top blue-chip brands and agencies
  • manage project budgets, forecasting, and reporting on financials for the project
  • our solutions are tailored to deliver high impact along the entire customer decision journey, from B2B and B2C, e-commerce and campaign, to immersive experiences and activations using the latest XR platforms and devices
  • ensure the project is delivered according to the quality and creative vision of the director
  • you will be responsible for managing the production process from pre-production to post-production, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest possible quality
  • work closely with the Creative Director, and other members of the CG production team to create and implement a production plan for each project
