- administering medication and keeping accurate records
- assisting with meal preparation and ensuring dietary requirements are met

- engaging in meaningful activities with clients, promoting social interaction and mental stimulation

Requirements
- strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, their families, and the care team
- empathy and patience to provide compassionate care and support to individuals with diverse needs
- ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, following care plans and instructions
- excellent observation skills and attention to detail to identify any changes in clients' conditions
- reliability and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
- basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in a care setting
- previous experience in a care-related role is highly desirable but not essential. We welcome candidates with a genuine passion for caring for others
