- happy2Move is currently seeking a reliable, skilled, and customer-focused Removal Van Driver to join our growing team
- perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring the removal van is safe and ready for operation
- safely operate company-owned vans to transport goods and materials between locations

- plan efficient routes to and from clients' locations, considering traffic, construction, and road closures
- perform routine maintenance checks on the van, including checking oil, water, and tire pressure, and report any issues promptly
- maintain punctuality and adhere to established schedules for pickups and deliveries
- provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients during pickups and deliveries
- the ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent time management skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
- provide professional and courteous customer service, addressing any client concerns or questions
- maintain accurate records of miles driven, hours worked, and expenses incurred
- communicate effectively with management and other team members to coordinate moves and resolve any issues that may arise
- follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle operation, safety, and security at all times
- perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks and report any issues to the appropriate personnel
- collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient moving process for clients
- follow company guidelines and procedures related to safety, customer service, and overall job performance
- adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving, ensuring the safety of oneself, other road users, and the cargo being transported
Requirements
- valid UK driver's license with a clean driving record
- valid driver's license with appropriate class/endorsement for 3.5 tonne vehicles
- knowledge of UK road regulations and routes
