Responsibility
- working closely with financial advisers and administrators to ensure a high standard of advice and service to clients
- provide suitable research to support the advice provided
- producing all the relevant paperwork for the client, on behalf of the adviser, including quotations, illustrations, and valuations
- prepare quality and technically accurate client suitability reports
- dealing with queries from clients, advisers, or colleagues, taking the appropriate action to ensure the query is dealt with in a timely and effective manner
Requirements
- educated to at least A Level/Higher standard
- completed or working towards RQF level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
- A minimum of three years working in the support team of a financial advice practice
