Responsibility

  • opening in Walthamstow Shopping Mall, soft launch and training 12,14,18th fully opened 7 days a week from the 19th July
  • food preparation and cooking, with the ability to work on several items simultaneously
  • ensure menu consistency and quality at fast-paced kitchen environment, be organised and able to work under pressure
  • front of House duties- communication with customers, taking orders, payments and handing out buzzers
  • willing to work in different sections of the kitchen and front of house, have a good all-round knowledge of a kitchen
  • receiving and processing deliveries, assisting in stock takes when required. Limiting food waste and filling wastage sheets
  • cleaning the kitchen, including washing kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls, completing online closing sheets. Weekly and Monthly deep cleans
  • comply with company protocol and systems for food and hygiene regulations, allergen procedures, attendance system , Trail App for opening/closing, Jelly App for deliveries & invoices, wearing uniform, taking breaks
